What We Build

Restaurant POS, online ordering, and reservations

Let customers order online and choose a pickup time. Start with the essentials for your restaurant or food stall, then add reservations, table management, POS, and sales reports as needed.

Sound familiar?

  • Orders come in by phone, LINE, and in person, making it easy to miss an item or special request.
  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations leave tables empty.
  • Delivery platform fees eat into your margins, and you want to take orders directly.
  • You want to start taking online orders for your food stall and let customers choose a pickup time, but you’re not sure where to begin.
  • After closing, you still have to match paper order slips to payment records by hand.

Choose the features that fit your business

Online ordering & scheduled pickup

Customers choose their meals, quantities, and pickup time, and add any special requests. Food stalls can start with a menu and basic ordering.

Reservations & capacity

Set availability around party sizes, seating, opening hours, and how much your kitchen can prepare.

Order management

Manage dine-in and takeout orders, changes, and preparation in one place. Staff can enter phone, LINE, and walk-in orders. If you want to import orders automatically from another platform, we’ll check what’s possible and agree on the scope with you.

POS checkout

Record cash and bank-transfer payments, and see which orders are paid or still awaiting payment.

Sales reports

Review daily sales, payment methods, and the number of each menu item sold.

Confirmations, reminders, and deposits

We can plan confirmations, reminders, change notifications, and order lookup around your needs. We’ll agree separately on deposits, payment processing fees, and cancellation and refund policies before we build.

Questions before we start

Does a food stall need a complete system?
No. Start with a menu, ordering hours, how much you can prepare each day, pickup options, and how customers pay. Add reservations only if you have seating. We can plan the features, budget, and maintenance in stages.
Can I keep my existing POS?
We’ll look at keeping your current POS and connecting the data you need before discussing a replacement.
Can you add card payments, electronic invoices, or receipt printers?
We’ll review card payments, electronic invoices, receipt printers, and other hardware or notification services separately, then agree on what to include.
How much will it cost?
We’ll separate the costs of core features, payment processing, integrations, and maintenance so you can compare them with platform fees. We’ll also agree on data use, the timeline, and handoff arrangements before work begins.
Do you offer a restaurant POS system?
Yes. We can plan a basic point-of-sale (POS) system around the way your restaurant works. Our example restaurant system includes online ordering, reservations, dine-in and takeout orders, walk-in orders, cash and bank-transfer records, payment status, and sales reports. We’ll review card processing, electronic invoices, receipt printers, and other hardware or third-party integrations separately.
Does a small business need a custom booking system?
Not necessarily. If an off-the-shelf tool handles your bookings and notifications, it may be all you need. A custom system starts to make sense when every order needs checks for seating, time slots, quantities, or other limits.
Do customers need to download an app?
No app is needed for a browser-based ordering or booking system. Customers can open a link on their phones. We’ll agree on the exact steps and features for your project.
How can a system help if I already take orders through LINE?
Once order details are hard to find in your chat history, a system can keep dates, quantities, and statuses in one place. You can still use LINE to talk with customers; we’ll review automated LINE notifications separately.
How can I collect deposits for restaurant reservations?
We’ll first agree on which reservations need a deposit, payment deadlines, and cancellation and refund policies. Then we’ll review payment providers and how to confirm payments. Deposit collection, payment integration, transaction fees, and refunds are separate parts of the project. They are not included in the example restaurant system described above.
How can I keep track of advance takeout orders?
Collect pickup times, items, quantities, and contact details the same way every time. Keep pending, confirmed, completed, and canceled orders in one list, and make it clear who confirms them. Capacity and quantity checks can mean less searching through messages.
